So my buddy has a gen7 accel dfi for sale, it was in his grand national. I can buy it for $800 with the harness. Now can i use anything out of that harness or do i need to buy a lt1 harness or a chevy FI harness? Im just wondering if i can get this conversion done for cheaper then a new one and make it worth my time. A new one is basically $1500. Thoughts?

You will need the LT1 harness. If you are running a crank trigger you can use a standard GM V-8 harness. You might find a DFI/FAST deal on classracer.com.

so where do i find just a lt1 harness? I looked for ever and couldnt find one for a lt1. So if i get his computer for $800, wonder how much just the harness is.
