The thin ones on the center of the door?? Those just pull off. They are held on with 2 sided tape. Its best to have a heat gun and heat them up really well to loosen the tape or you will be scrubbing all day to get whats left behind off. A stripe eraser on a drill works well for removing the sticky stuff left behind.

hmm, interesting. ill have to really compare them when i get em off. dont think they'll be that different cuz i notice every little thing on my car. wonder y GM even decided to get em put on lol

Im assuming GM put them on there so idiots who sling there car door open in the parking lot will wreck the molding instead of your actual door. This was the first thing I took off of my 93 Trans Am because they make it look like an old lady's car. Also the first thing I took off my 86 Camaro.
