Default mods for spring

since the camaro is parked for the winter i figured i would beef it up a little

currently it has a magnaflow cat back, no cat, K&N air filter and a shift kit. i was thinking of putting on mac midtube headers and nitto 555 275 tires and a cam kit.

any suggestions on which cam would work well with the stock heads?

I would get:
CAI
LT headers, not mids
3000+ stall
3.73 gears

Those should be your starting mods. Once you get those, then look into your cam choices:

LPE 211/219
CC 503
CC 305
Crane 227
if you have an A4 i would suggest a stall for any cam including the stock cam to get more from the combo.

There's nothing wrong with the MAC mids. If anything, they are more of a 3/4 header. I saw significant gains from them, and plug access was great (ran them for 4 years). But if you want the best, definitely go with the LTs.
