Default Is PCMforless.com my best bet?

The following parts are on my car:
Comp CCA-07-500 --- 206@ .480/ 212@ .488 (1.5RR)--- 112 LSA --- 1000-5000 -- Im using Comp magnum 1.6 rocker tips.
Comp behive spring kit along with Comp push rods and new lifters.
I also replaced the timing chain, my opti spark was done not too long ago.
My intake has been replaced with a remanufatured OE bored out to 58mm, with a matching 58mm throttle body.
K&N cold air intake was on car when purchased.
GMMG catback, stock manifolds. (My last planned modification is to get Kooks long tubes with a catted Y.)
Few minor suspesnsion parts like Edelbrock panhard rod, new adjustable lower control arms, and a front strut tower brace.
cant forget the transgo shift kit

My issues are major cam serging at idle, espescially when cold. (IL) I know I need a tune for sure with all these aftermarket parts and stock tune running them all. Is it best to go with PCMforless.com or should I dyno tune it?

One other thing is my traction is horrible now. If I go close to 3K out of the hole my tires are smoking.. Should I do some more work with the suspension? My thoughts were leaning towards a replacement torque arm. Im sure new tires would do wonders as well, ha I've got about 1/8" tread above wear indicator.

Im running low on cash so cheaper routes are desired.

Some eye candy:

If you have the money, a dyno tune is optimal. If not, a mail order tune will be more than sufficient.
For traction, I'd start with some LCA's and a TA.

Not sure, maybe $350.
I don't think you can go wrong with BMR, Spohn, or UMI suspension parts.

For traction, start with tires. I have done 1.601 60' on several occasions with stock suspension parts and Mickey Thompson ET Street radials. I know most people say to put suspension first, but I will buy it when I need it.

cheapest route you could take: madz28 tune(pcm4less aint so less after being featured in a mag), LCA's and tires. if you still got money for a TA after that go for it

Madz28 is located I believe near Elgin Il. I would strongly encourage you to use him before the other guy you are looking at.

pcmperformance is another good tuner, they are helping me dial mine in a little better.

First of all, don't waste your money on suspension....yet. You need tires first and foremost. Get some M/T's and your traction problems will disappear. You're not at the power level where you'll be needing a new torque arm, LCA's, etc.

PCMforless is a great choice in tuning your car. I've had them do 2 tunes for me, and both were excellent.

I don't think you can go wrong with either PCMs4Less or MadTuner. I have a MatTuner tune, and it works great.

I have a PCMforless mailorder on my LE2 setup with a 224/230 107lsa cam and the car drives awesome.

For suspension I recommend UMI they have some real quality pieces that work great.

I figured tires would be a good idea. Thats two for Mickey Thompson's, sounds like a winner to me..

I would do this, but my headers and Y will cost ten times a tune. My car stalled out on me yesterday just backing out of the drive way. It has done it once before that too. If its too cold out and I back out of a parking spot (CTS reading 160*, keep in mind), go from reverse to drive with out waiting a second in neutral first, it has the chance to stall.

Currently I have UMI lower control arms, also a Edelbrock panhard rod.

Bryan did the tune on my old car. I did a mail order from him to get the car running, I then decided to have it dyno tuned by him as well. His tune was dead on that I only gained 3 RWHP from his dyno tune over his mail order....Tuning is a tricky thing. One that says go with another tuner over someone else most likely had a bad experience. SOMETHING THAT EVERY TUNER HAS DONE....MESSED UP! Bryan treats me right, everytime i call with a question he is more than happy to answer. He will be tuning my new car as well.If you do decide to go with PCMforless you wont regret it.

PCMforless and Mickey Thompson tires sound like my choice of products.
Anyone know how much madz28's tune costs? I like the idea of using his service considering Elgin is up my way.
