I have heard of them. My buddy (stroker396) had them in his 396, I bought them from him when he parted out his engine and I ended up selling them because they were SA and I ended up going the NSA route. I inspected them carefully, they look like nice pieces. They are extruded aluminum full roller rockers, and they are very affordable. I sold them to a guy here on tech and he is using them with his CC503. I think his screen name is "ryle".

Never heard of them either. Look into a set of the Comp Magnum series NSA rockers w/ a set of Trickflow Hardened Pushrods or Smith Bro's

Having the budget as a constraint, I would opt for a little bit slower, reliable car, than just a fast car. I know that this has been played out but...

Fast
Reliable
Cheap

Pick two!

I'm sorry but this just doesn't make sense...

You don't want cheap-o **** in your valvetrain but you have a TIGHT budget? You don't get into the low 11s on a tight budget.

Sure it can. Just everyone's definition of tight is different. A nice valve train can run around 1200 bucks. Then you factor in the cost of a N2O kit, maybe 500. Then you have to have all of the supporting mods...full bolt ons, tune, stall (if A4) gears...etc.
And 11's requires safety equipment doesn't it?

That's not really my idea of tight.
