bbk underdrive pulley kit
bbk underdrive pulley kit hey guys just a question i bought this kit from bbk and i was wondering if i need to change belt with it too i bought it not for power gain but my pulleys are squeeking and figured why not to gain a very little horse power o well so if any of you have it can you let me know .... thanks

If you read the ad, they claim "Most pulley systems retain the factory serpentine belt ". Mine did not, but it did not include a waterpump pulley either. You will just have to install the pulleys, try your stock belt, and go from there.

BBK is a good company.
And that says it's for an LT1.
But I think they just used some generic text....cause LT1s don't have water pump pulleys. Stock is cam driven, aftermarket can be electric (EWP).
Probably comes with a crank underdrive pulley and an alternator overdrive pulley. Which may be one reason LT1 pulley sets can be cheaper than regular sets... it's 1 less pulley.

i hope you know you will still have the pulley issue. bbk is a piggy back system. you will still retain the stock pulley. and the noise could be a idler or a bearing going out in you ac compressor clutch. i went with asp because it is the balancer and pulley in one like the stock one.
