Default STUPID question please help

I am readjusting the rocker arms and all the references just say normal running rotation, standing in front of the car looking at the crank hub, is the normal rotation clockwise or counter clockwise?

Stand in front of the car with the hood open. Lean into the engine compartment and firmly grasp the harmonic balancer. Have a friend turn the engine over. If your head hits the driver's side fender, it is clockwise. If it hits the passenger's side fender, it is counter-clockwise.

Or take ss's word for it, he is correct.
