Default Intake manifold

ok guys im pulling off the intaketo check out the drive gear for the oil pump and to check out the heads.....what are the steps in pulling the intake and putting it back on what do i need and is it hard ....also im painting it and getting the egr off the back.....


and what kind of paint do i use and all help will be greatly appreciated

high temp paint

pretty much pulling the intake it just undoing bolts, fuel rail, egr tube, and vacuum lines]

when you put it back on make sure to let the intake set for around a day since LT1s are notorious for back of the manifold oil leaks

anyone have a blue intake or blue under the hood....im doing two tone blue and black on mt camaro
