Are you getting any symptoms? Chances are you're getting feedback from the CPS because of the added vibrations from the engine. You've got quite a few internal mods that cause additional vibrations that the CPS will interpret as a misfire.

It doesn't necessarily mean that you're getting a misfire, is what I'm saying.

I am. It loses power at 3,000 and 5,000 rpms....the "Service Engine Soon" light flashes at me all the time, the air/fuel gauge goes completely lean, the idle gets rough, and it does not accellerate like it should...

oh and not to mention it backfires as soon as the misfire stops which I think is the excessive fuel mixture in that cylinder igniting when it finally sparks again...

A P0300 is the "Random/Multiple Cylinder Missfire Detected".
Unfortunately, it can be caused by many things...bad plugs, bad wires, bad coil, bad opti, bad ICM. I would check your ignition system in the order I listed.
Whan I got a P0300, my opti failed a couple weeks later, rotor detached. Just throwing that out there.

that is fine with me....I have it in the shop at the moment. I got it with bosch plugs and bosche wires (I HATE BOSCH)....He is installing a new Opti, new MSD cap and rotor, AC Delco wires, AC Delco plugs...If that doesnt fix it then it is either my MSD Ignition control, or something along those lines, but this will either fix it, or narrow it down...

check all plugs and wires first especially if its dark outside run the car and see if you see any arching at all from the wires or hear it atleast.....it might be as easy as o2 sensors if you can unplug both of them and erase the codes..and see if it gets better if so then reconnect 1 at a time and see if it comes back if it dont on the first try then replace the 2nd sensor...if you had a actual scanner you can read the data on them..

I have replaced the wires and routed them so that they do not touch the headers, so I know that is not it. I checked for arcs and listened and all and got nothing. o2 sensors are getting replaced soon when my exhaust gets reworked...
