Default knock

well i finaly got everyhting fixed....exhaust oil pump oill pump gear ...welded the sump tube.....now there there is a knock...what gives... is a knock automaticly fatal lol im not real sure...i couldnt herer it before cus of the exhasut leak at the collector......and it run s really bad like hesitates and cuts out ...

What kind of knock? Valve train ticking sound or thud/pronounced knocking sound? Does it change with rpm noticeably? And by takes a min. to turn over, do you mean takes a bit to start or takes a bit to actually turn the engine over physically? Did the oil pressure not come up after doing all the work you did after start-up? Pinched or blocked up oil sump/lines?
