Default L67 injectors in LT1

I remember a thread awhile discussing how many lbs an l67 injector flows at
lt1 fuel pressure. Can somebody refresh me? Please? I got 12 of them for super cheap, just hoping I can use them!

This is for a 2000 L67. Since you didn't list the year yours came from, I'm just guessing. Seems to be the same since 96 though.
Checking and testing your Fuel Pressure on a L67

What is the fuel pressure of a L67 engine. GM service manual indicates 45-55 PSI at the rail test point. The average on modified engines with the stock injectors is 58PSI.
We'll go with 55PSI, and the 36.5# L67s will be 32# @ 43.5PSI.

You'll need a tune if you run them, as that's quite a jump from 24#.

I just got mine back from New Era Perf. where they cleaned and flow tested the ones I have from (2) 2000 GTP and they all flowed right around 38 lbs/hr at 43.5 psi. They were also all real close, less than 1.5% variation from the highest flowing to the lowest. Pretty amazing since they came from two different cars.

I can check the part numbers on them later but I know what the first six came out of because they came from my brothers 2000 GTP when he upgraded. The second set I got I compared to the first and they were the same numbers.

I just want to see what Bosch (or who ever) tested them at for PSI Not doubting you in anyway. Though if they tested them @ 43.5, then they're like 45# in the SC 3800s!

The part number is 24508208. These came out of a 2000 model but I am sure they were used for several years. I am not sure where you got your numbers, but these were rated somewhere between 32-36# in the GTP. When he upgraded, he went with 42# injectors because he was at the peak of the stock ones.

Yea, but keep in mind you'd need a tune to compensate for the larger injectors. Otherwise they stay open too long and dump in way too much fuel, which will lead to ring wash and a ruined motor soon after.
