PCV Kit?

PCV Kit? Yes I've already done searches and couldnt find information on my question.
Well during spring break I'm replacing my clutch but after that I'm gonna put new intake manifold gasket on since I have the infamous leak out the back. I also noticed that some of my rubber tubing for the pvc system and other things that are routed around the manifold are getting brittle and some are cracking so I am wanting to replace all of this. Is there anywhere that sells kits for this kind of thing? If not does anyone have a list of parts and/or part numbers? I will probably also just go ahead and replace the pcv valve also. FYI I no longer have egr or air systems on my car.
