The fact that he can be reached at almost any time and his enthusiasm for his projects and customers is unheard off. Aleast in my 15 yrs of dealing with performance parts. He will always lead you in the right direction even if he loses the buisness for it. He is very very knowledgeable about everything he says. On top of it all he is super nice guy and very pleasant to deal with. Hell he doent even toot his own horn he lets his products and customers do it for him.
Well said!!

If it weren't for Lloyd I'd probably still be building the motor in the 97. He gave me TONS of advice and help when building the motor. I'll have some final numbers soon and I'm hoping to lay down 450 through the 9" and 18x10.5 fm5's.

From another view,I have a 77 camaro bracket car heavy as hell and built on a very strict budget.I only have about $2500 in the whole car. I got a set of Dart Iron Eagle Platinums cheap and took them to him for port work.I got alot more than just port work from him.He has a wealth of knowledge about making horsepower and he gave me some advice on my combo that really helped.I have never meet a business man as nice as Lloyd Elliott. He spent about an hour with me when I dropped the heads off and more than that when I picked them up.He doesnt just do LT1 and LS1 stuff. He ports heads for alot of local drag racers and dirt trackers. My heads were awesome.Flowed 299@.700 int and 207@.700 exh.283/193@.500.I was blowed away at the flow #'s.The car is no speed demon but runs very well with a bunch of used parts thrown together and the wrong gearing.I run 1/8th mile and with 4.10's I can go through the lights in 2nd gear so some 4.56's or 88's would help a ton.I cant say enough good things about Lloyd he will allways get my business. And since I have a LT1 now Ill buy his head/cam package over anyones when I go threw my motor. And to anyone ever in Red Oak and you run across a green Lt1 T/A thats hit'n pretty hard.BE AWARE thats Lloyd and his car hauls.

all the more reason he gets more props, because he's willing to spend 20-30 min explaining the same scenario to 100 different people. you'd figure the guy would get tired of explaining the logic behind his decisions for your setup and what parts to compliment it by now
