Default oil pan and oil pump

what after market oil pans are you guys running i dont like the stock look anymore since im pulling the oil pan i might as well put in a high volume oil pump so what oil pump do you guys recommend also??

Try searching about HV pumps, then decide if you really want one. An SV pump with a higher pressure spring is suitable for most all applications.

So you are buying a new oil pan...for the looks?

+1. GM pump with white spring works great.

I am using the Canton 242T, GM white spring, Melling Select HV 10552. Not a good setup for a stockish application though.

I'd recommend either the MV55 (if on a mild setup) or Melling Select SV 10554 (once again, one for sale, PM if interested).
