Default by-passing oil level sensor

I am thinking you just cut the wires and tie them together?

That would just blow the fuse. Short circuit.
You should be able to tune it out, or pull the bulb out.

If you ground the 2 pins together it will shut the light off. There is NO fuse for that sensor, and it can not be tuned out.

Yep - I did it last year, no light, no blown fuse, no nothing - fear not.

Yeah I'm going to change the oil in the Formula today and I'm going to connect the two wires together at the plug with a jumper wire...
