Problems with Battery??!? I have a 93 lt1 formula, lately i been driving and it has this almost chokin feeling when im under 2000 rpms...no matter what gear its in...It basically feels like the engine turns off and then comes back to life and continues to drive, sometimes this feeling is worse than others cause it will do it repeatedly over and over, a couple times the car has completely shut off while driving and i have to start it back up!!! now i noticed that lately the battery level is just below 13...the half way mark...can this have something to do with it...?? please i need help!!!
p.s. Also it is automatic and sometimes when stopped at a light the engine will have a high idle forcing me to press on the brakes harder, when i put it in nuetral the rpms would be at around 2000 when off gas...!??!

Re: Problems with Battery??!? i had the same problem a few months ago. there's a strong chance that it's the alternator. like gangly said, replace it with one that looks prettier, like a billet alt or something. happy huntin'
