Default Ported Maf

How much does this pick up the car? Trying to make a decision on weather I should buy it.

You will hear from several folks that running a ported MAF is a bad idea. I'm running a ported stock MAF and know of a couple other local guys running them as well with no issues. It's a hit or miss thing... more MISS then HIT. Gain wise nothing you would ever notice. To be on the safer side, I would just run your stock one.

Between none to maybe 2 Leave it alone, with it's screen. I believe the factory one is fine up to around 475hp and only a hindrance to boosted applications. If you MUST have something bigger/better, one of the Z06 (C5 gen) has one that I believe is nearly a direct swap in, I want to say you need a slight tune tweak to run it successfully though. I don't keep up much on the MAF setups, sorry Someone who knows for sure, chime in!

ONLY thing it does is make tuning harder.
