hah I admit, I fell victim to this as well!

I'm intrigued by this 500 Shot LT1 idea now though

Anyone got an LT1 laying around, and a 500 shot system LOL If I did, and didn't care about the motor, I would SERIOUSLY spend the time on swapping the engines JUST to watch it explode from that. And if it makes it down the track with the 500 sprayed at 1/2 way, all the more power to the LT1 hahah

we made a partial dyno pull with a 400hp hit of dope on a 1996 honda civic ex. car had no title (buddy bought it for parts, i suspect it was stolen) so we had a field day. 1.6 didnt make it through a full pull, broke the block. mains, pan, crank, everything ended up on the ground. had awesome pics and video on my old computer, but it crashed a few years ago was f***ing hillarious though. couldnt get a number on power because of the ENORMOUS spike... imagine that. we only wanted to see if it would hold one time

better april fools today... two guys i work with got the IM PREGNANT call, only one was kidding!

And the father is the guy who's call was a prank?

That's a great story on the civic though hahah Sadly, I think the LT1 may suffer nearly the same fate >_> I'm still curious as sacrilege as it may be to even say lol

What about 1 AI head and 1 LE head, with the opposite banks being worked by opposing shop's cam grind? A little less cryptic: LE Head has an AI grind on those lobes, and AI head has LE grind

Dam right they dont.
They locked down this thread over on the GenIII LS1 board:
https://ls1tech.com/forums/generatio...rk-my-ls1.html

Man if owning a LS1 makes a man into the stone cold sour puss like that. I will just keep my cast inferior LT1 forever.

AND dumb :S Second poster, guy wanting pics (unless he did actually pickup on it being a joke)...

Maybe because most of us are slightly older and aren't sheeple who buy things because it's A) easy and B) cool.

You should get an iron block GEN III, try and get a MiniRam/StealthRam/LT1 style intake for it and then have custom fuel rail covers made saying something like:

GEN III LT1
