Default need to turn over the motor

I need to install and adjust the roller rockers today
and wanted to know how to turn over the motor by hand.
If I remove the balancer will the bolt be there for me
to turn with a wrench?

Yes, just use a long as hell breaker bar or old torque wrench and make sure you go clockwise when spinning the motor, or better yet adjust them with the engine running because really that is the best way to set the lash of hydraulic lifters just loosen one until it makes a clacking noise and tighten slowly til it goes away, then 1/4 turn or 1/2 and move to the next one.

No need to remove the balancer. You should be able to get a socket on the hub bolt with the balancer still on. Use a breaker bar and it won't be very hard to spin the motor.
