While it won't give you more HP, a new gearset will be a huge seat-of-the-pants difference in acceleration. Sounds like you're on the right track with the headers/cutout combo.

If you're an A4, go with 3.73s. M6 go with 4.10s.

Fuel pump gives you nothing, Ported TB gives negligible gains on a stock motor, so basically all you have is a CAI. Headers and a cutout will definitely be the best mod you can do right now, should net you an additional 20rwhp. After that, you could put on some 1.6 rr's and upgraded springs. That should be good for another 10-15rwhp. Once that is said and done, you could get a 160 degree thermostat, install an EWP, and get a tune. That should cover all the bolt-ons. Then you could concentrate on a 3000+ stall (if auto) and gears (3.73's for A4, 4.10's for M6). Next consider getting some suspension mods. LCA's, PHB, some better rear shocks, and a stiffer rear sway bar will go a long way to help you hook, not to mention some sticky tires. Then...heads and cam.
