Does anyone know an easy way to change wires on the passenger side? i have headers so i can take off the Y pipe. is there anything else i can do? since i put the headers on i can see where one of the wires is melted and is sparking with the engine block a few inches from the plug.
anyone have any suggestions?

You could pick up some MSD 8.5mm wires, they have more insulation. Furthermore you can pick up some Accel spark plug heat insulating sleeves. They cover the plug boot and several inches down, they do a great job at preventing burnt wires.
