I bet that thing will bolt. Sounds like a very solid setup. I think with some weight cut out 10's is not out of the question. Of course alot of factors will go into that but with a good dyno tune, and a good 60' that car should fly. With a cam that size I'd opt for the steeper gears to help out with the low end. He will most likely need more gear in the car, I agree. Depending on whether or not he stays w/ his current 26" tall tire will help decide exactly how much gear once he gets that pig down the track.
