I searched alot and I can not figure this out. I have the stock wheel off and im ready to install the grant wheel with the 3196 install kit, but theres the old adapter on there stuck? and i cant figure out how to get this **** off. HELP!!

Get a lock plate remover from O-O-O-O'Reilly Auto Parts...
