buy 2 metal caps for the headers. you can buy some from the hardware store. then plug the hole thats in the air intake. thats it

How much power do you gain from the Air delete?

I removed my AIR. It wasn't difficult to do, but I can't really remember everything that had to be removed. I know there was a metal pipe that ran across the front of the motor that I had to cut in order to get it off. If you have emissions headers, there might be some additional connections that have to be blocked off. I was installing race headers, and didn't have to worry about that.

There aren't any power gains associated with removing it, but it does get rid of a little weight, and cleans up the engine bay a little bit.

93-95 style manifolds require a M22 plug, 96+ require an M18 plug. Most ordinary hardware stores will not carry automotive thread, so you may need to have it special ordered.
