Both are not difficult. To replace the belt, you need a 13mm or 1/2" wrench/socket. Relieve tension on the belt by pulling down on the tensioner (between the A/C compressor and the crank pulley). Slide off the belt, route the new one on (expect to pull down on the tensioner HARD as the new belt will be shorter) and you're done.

Fuel filter is easy. You'll want to relieve the fuel pressure on the lines (take off the gas cap, relieve pressue via the Schrader valve on the fuel rail (back of the intake manifold, looks like a tire valve). Filter is located under the car about midway. One half connects with a clip, the other half threads on. Squeeze the clips and slide the line off, then unthread the other half. Replace with the new one, and you're finished.

Good luck with the maintenance Shouldn't take you long.
Fuel filters are one of the most often neglected items on these cars (and a personal pet peeve LOL)
