head and cam work
I'm not sure what your idea of a DD is, but you can if you want to.
A more reasonable way to hit that number on pump gas with a Hydraulic Cam
would be to do a typical H/C combo from LE and AI and throw a 125 shot on top of it.
(Both companies can provide either Solid or Hydraulic roller options)

One company has proven time and again to be able to deliver 500rwhp NA BUT it requires a LOT of modification besides the engine, requires a FULL engine build with QUALITY parts and MACHINING and still wont be daily driver material.
It certainly is possible to do 440rwhp reliably through the auto and be daily driver material, again though looking at a full QUALITY engine build and using one particular company for the topend.
Soon as you think you can save money by using something "just as good" you are going to start hurting the outcome.
With a good heads and cam setup and a well setup car you should be able to get 400rwhp and yeah you could go over 500 by putting juice too it and while it might work out you also might blow up the engine.

So using that figure, in order to make 500 HP at the rear wheels you'd need to make right at 610 HP at the crank.
As a streetable daily driver your expectation is over the top. Drop your expectaions by 100 HP and you'll be in the ball-park.
