What FPR?
My fuel pressure regulator is going bad and I was wondering what fpr would be best for a bolt on or close to stock motor? I've heard you dont need to go adjustable until you get forced induction but would it benefit me or would just a replacement from auto zone or advance work fine?

An adjustable FPR can be used to artifically inflate the value of your fuel injectors, if you are right on the edge. See one of the calculators in the fuel section to see what a 24# injector at 43.5 p.s.i. would flow at 54 p.s.i.
Don't laugh, I know someone who did this (not me) and it worked.
Other than that, it could possibly be used to fine tune the pressure. I run a stock one from an autoparts with no problems, although it is a bit high at WOT with my Racetronix wiring harness.

i run an aeromotive unit. didnt really need it but got it for free so i installed it. i hear they are kind of hit and miss and cause poeple some issues. stick with OEM for your aplication.
