LT4 or LT1
Some LT1's had a 4-bolt main also, all of the Vettes and some GM factory replacement motors are 4-bolt main, including mine.
If it's an LT4 intake, just look at the part number previously posted, that will tell you what intake you have.
If you are rebuilding the motor, it really makes no difference if it was an LT1 or LT4 motor previously, because you have aftermarket AFR heads and are rebuilding it with some different parts. Aside from a few subtleties, the key differences between LT1 and LT4 are with the heads and intake, even the cam was practically the same as LT1 ( but with 1.6 rockers).
While its apart, I would have the intake ported (if not already, as otherwise its a big restriction on the heads) and maybe the heads as well if not already, and go with a custom cam and your car will really wake up. A cam swap is not the most fun thing to do in these cars so you might as well put a good one in while the motor is already out. Just my opinion. Good luck with the build.

Im really anxious to drive this thing when everything is finished.Should only take a week or so.All the details of the build are in my mod list if you havent already checked it out. 
yea I know what your saying when you said it doesnt really matter because im rebuilding it anyway.My dad said the same thing.lol but yea my heads are already ported and polished but not the intake.I had already planned on going with a pretty radical hydraulic roller cam/lifter set.My dad and uncle are good friends with a couple of the more well known engine builders around here so I get good prices on everything Im really anxious to drive this thing when everything is finished.Should only take a week or so.All the details of the build are in my mod list if you havent already checked it out.

With all that has been said in this thread, i'd just like to point out that less than 200(can't remember the exact number)LT4's were factory installed, and those were all 1997 models.
So if it is a true LT4, it'd be a aftermarket drop in.
I just hope i'm on the mark with that data and not giving useless info.
