I was gonna build a 383. For the bottom end Im gonna run Howards "Tracksmart" american 4340 crank, compstar 6.000 h-beam rods, Howards 2618 Pistons (by ross)w/ tool steel wrist pins with Howards Extreme Billet Splayed Caps and arp stud kit. Does this kit seem like it would be ok to run? Never plan on going over 7200rpm and 700-750 rwhp on nitrous.. Thought I get some opinions on this rotating assembly..

Howard's is fairly local to me, never heard a bad thing. I would definetely use this before the Eagle stuff everyone loves.

Wow, finally a 383 thread that doesn't involve a $600 kit! Well done!
