exhaust question
i used to like my flowmaster but its beginning to get too quiet for me haha...is there anyway to get rid of the muffler and run just the pipes back out the car cuz i love how my chrome exhaust tips look

i wouldnt if i were you. It would probably sound like red-neck heaven. I would just replace the chokemaster with a different muffler. Magnaflow, aerochamber, even dynomax makes a cross flow muffler for our cars. But to answer your question, yes you can do that if you choose to. But i would not. Just my .02

what about dumping the exhaust? i read a lot of guys doing that...i just want to somehow keep the muffler tips there cuz i love the way they look

I have a flowmaster on my car. I really like it. I had duals run on my old car with 1 chambers.
My plans for this car is when I get headers run one of my old spiral flow mufflers in place of the rear cat in my y pipe and place a cutout behind it and keep the flowmaster in the back. Then I can have loud, but not straight pipe loud, when I want it and stay pretty quiet when needed.
