You need:
LS style 6.0 (duh)
LS1 wire harness
LS1 PCM
LS1 k-member
LS style transmission
You will have to do some custom wiring to hook up the chassis harness and interior harness to the engine wire harness. It has been done many times and you should look for some write ups and diagrams.
You can get a LS style 6.0 out of a Silverado or Escalade if you want an iron LS 6.0. If you want an aluminum 6.0 you need to find a L76 or a LS3 out of a Corvette or full size truck.
If you want to swap a LS style 6.0 into your LT car...

An iron 6.0 will be much cheaper than an aluminum 6.0. The iron block will be stronger. Also you can over bore the iron block, you are limited in overboring the iron block because the cast in iron sleeves can only be honed, not bored. So you can easily make a 408+ stroker out of a 6.0 iron block.
