Damn man, sorry to hear this. You are really making me scared to take mine to the track. I have a Street Twin and I know how hard they hit, I'm going to be running ET Streets and was really hoping the tranny would hold for the summer.

Count your blessings, I wish I had an amazing shop right next to me that didn't rape me in the bunghole for labor and my local shop doesn't have a kickass Service Manager either!

Good luck with the car and Mcleod should hopefully take care of it and stand behind their product.

PS: Sunday is a bad day for your car.. lol

Hell yea AAA will tow from anywhere for any reason.

I have had them for nearly 5 years no and i am a Gold Member, up to 100miles free towing. Something like 4-5 times over a year. Gold membership only costs like 150 something bucks. . . tow your car 1 time and it pays for itself. Plus if you ever happen to run out of gas they will bring you 5 gallons free of charge, they have all kinds cool little additives to the Gold member plan.

I once locked my buddies keys in his trunk unsuspectingly and had to call AAA to come unlock the trunk. Little did AAA know there was a sawed off shotgun and several other illegal firearms that he was showing us in the trunk. The AAA guy didnt even stay to check. They get a good 2 thumbs up from me.

Busted my input shaft at the track. I've had the output shaft upgraded to the viper shaft now. Comes with a new yoke for the drive shaft. Street twin is a bitch on drive train parts.

FLT is pushing it in ahead of many other things to get it done for us.

The car should be on the road tomorrow.
