Pushrod problem Help!!

past half more towards the exhaust. so i knew that my pushrods were to long. i pulled out my comp cams adjustable pushrod tool. i thought "ok ill just lower it until its 1/3 the way on the intake side. but when i put my tool in there i found that if i went any lower then .100" from 7.200" that the rocker would bottom out on the stud
but at 7.100" the placement of the roller tip was like this
just before half towards the intake. closer to where its supposed to be but not 100%.
my question is to everyone is would i be ok running the 7.100" pushrods ? if its still to long then ill be forced to get not only new pushrods but new rockers aswell
but im prepared for the bad news. thanks guys use that tool.and place the rocker on the stud and mark the top of the valve like how i did and get it to about 1/3 of the way on the valve stem towards the intake
does anybody have any advice for me ?
