ok so for those that dont know i got a wrecked 96 ws6 t/a for 500 bucks i am now putting the motor and trans in my six. i just got the six out of the car and am ready to put the eight in. just have one last question the fuel pump decided to take a crap in the ws6. i planned swapping it over but now since i have spent all my money on the motor i nothing left to buy a fuel pump. will the fuel pump that on the six work?

 

Is it the same part number..gut feeling tells me that it isn't the same.. but you never know.

 

I'm gonna say no....go to the local parts house and stock pumps are $25-$40.

 

what where the cheapest one i can find is 200
