Ignition issues, heat soaking, wtf is going on!!
Ignition issues, heat soaking, wtf is going on!! So ive been having some problems with my camaro recently. cold start she fires up and runs like a champ. Trying to restart it when its been running for a while.....forget about it. I initially thought i had a heat soak issue because the intake manifold was stupid hot. But i unplugged my 6AL box and just used the msd coil straight and she fired up. I thought this fixed the problem until i lost all spark to the motor while going into 2nd gear. Going to plug the box back in and see if she fires up. Im thinking opti. Its the stock GM unit and the car has been spun to 7200 rpm since its a 396. The car is a SR 396, 11.7 comp, M6, blah blah blah. Im at a loss for whats happening here so any imput would be very much appreciated.
