need a exhaust guru I got my hands on some free 2.5" glass packs... whats the best way to put them on to get the most power out of my car? 2.5" straight true dual, 2.5" ture dual with an H pipe or X pipe...My car is a 95 z28 m6 with full boltons with msd ign it has bbk shorty headers for right now.
One more thing to consider... Again, if noise is not a concern, then look straight into the center of the cherry bombs (CB) and when installing them, make sure the internal openings face the rear / outlet side of the exhaust. These little internal scoops, if facing towards the front / inlet side will quiet the exhuast down a tad, but they also will hinder flow slightly.
My local muffler shop called it installing my 3" ID CB "the loud way" - it took the edge off the open exhaust rumble and didn't hinder my STS kit from building full boost...
