Default Weird idle issue

I rebuilt my motor 2 summers ago, motor in sig with a cc306. It has a mail order tune from MadZ28 on it. Ever since I built the motor it has ran great, idled good. But a couple of times a year it will idle weird. As soon as I push the clutch in the idle drops to about 500 rpm and the car just slowly dies. But if I keep my foot on the gas slightly it stays alive. The car still feels strong and runs good other than that. Like I said it only does this a couple of times a year, and it will do it for a day or two, then go back to normal for another 6 to 8 months. I was thinking a vacuum leak but the car idles fine for a minute or two after first starting it, and then it starts doing it. Anybody have any ideas or ever seen this before?

Also, the car is not throwing any codes. And it does this when it is cold and when its warm.

That's very strange for it to die when you only put in the clutch...

I know, its weird. It was doing it today, then after I posted and went back to work it stopped doing it. About 30 min ago it did it again on my way home. Crazy thing

I put a volt meter on my TPS, it was reading .54, and is supposed to be reading .67. I adjusted it, and the car is idling a lot better now. Still not as good as it has though, im going to tackle the IAC next.
