Default leaking hose

I have a hose leaking in my firewall above my motor. Its under the vent looks like it runs along the firewall. Is this something for the heater? And how would I get to it? Its leaking pretty good once the temp gets to normal range.

Thanks in advance

Yesir that be it the heater inlet hose. Does anyone know were I can find this for less that $157.00 which is what the dealership just told me the price was. They are trying to sell me the whole assembly. They said they could not get just the inlet hose.

Have you tried a normal parts store? Things like hoses and stuff I get from Advance Auto, Pep Boys, etc.

Delete the heater...easy fix, and weight reduction.

I would delete but I am trying to build a nice original street rod...... with everything working. Dont find many of those that run good, and clean in an Lt1 around here. Alot of Ls1 but most of the Lt1's are pretty ragged out.
