magnaflow catback

i found a nice used magnaflow catback, however its from a 98 trans am. i was wondering if it would fit on my 96 trans am? are the exhaust setups the same??

yeah, it will fit, mounts out back may be slightly different, but you can work around that.

how ironic.. I have an LS1 Magnaflow catback on my 96 LT1 off a 00' LS1 car.. the rear hangers are on the tips for an LS1, just have to move the hanger closer to muffler..
It'll work great!
