Default big difference in 28" from 30" tires

Currently running 255/30r24's at 30" tall... I'm considering downsizing to staggered 22's 295/25r22 and 255/30r22 coming to 28" tall. I love how my car sits on 24's just wondering if it will be a big difference take off wise

You are effectively increasing your gear ratio by dropping 2" of height. What gears do you have now?

Also, spinning wheels that big automatically comes with parasitic loss. Either way you won't rocket off of the line (at least probably not enough to notice).

Lol.. hey there's an fbody camaro out here on 24's. But yea they're nice and get compliments everytime I bring my car out with a fresh wash lol. I'm just thinking I can get a bit more performance wise jus droppin to smaller wheels and down 2" in overall height.

There is an Impala on 24s that comes to Mooresville and runs 8.0s!

A little quicker on the stickies, of course.
