Default PLEASE help, Weird idle issue

Two days ago my lt1 started to idle erratically, it is a bit harder to start. the idle is okay when the car is stopped, but if I am driving and I put the car in neutral (M6) and coast to a stop, as soon as I press the clutch the idle drops real low (500-750) and bounces around. the idle is set at 875. but when i come to a complete stop after a second the idle seems to go back to normal, most of the time within a few seconds of a complete stop. could this be a bad IAC? when the revs drop the IAC counts are 70-95 but when i stop and it levels off the counts jump to 110-125 and stay there. the TPS is brand new, and other than that this is a new motor(6k miles) that runs strong and up until two days ago the idle was rock solid steady.

Also the ECU is not throwing any codes. what is wrong with my baby?
PLEASE HELP!!

it's gotta be that stupid IAC, had that issue many times on every single LT1 I owned.

get a multimeter. decent ones can be had for 25 dollars and they can be used to test other sensors, battery voltage, etc etc.
