Default crazy problem i need help please

today i pulled on to the road and got on it, it started popping and hesitating so i just babied it home. when i got home i tried to plug my scan tool in and the tool didn't recognize that it was plugged in so. so i turn the key to the run position to see if that changes any thing, the tool still didnt come on and the fuel pump kept running and wouldnt turn off unless i turned the key off. i kinda think it might be the PCM but i dont kno. any comments will be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Michael
