I think your set up is good for low 10s maybe even high 9s depending on the rest of the car and the shot. I think mine would anyways....
Tell lloyd exactly your plans and he will tell you what vt to run that will support it.

I think you have a pretty solid plan going. I plan on the same set-up down the road. Lloyd has mentioned he can tweak a cam to lean towards the nitrous a little if I want. Don't forget that on the spray it really doesn't matter if you spin it past peak much. The extra torque lets you shift a little earlier than say an NA set-up and not give up much at all.
I would have to guess you would have no problem running mid 10's or better if the set-up is working right. I'm running a stock shortblock, smaller set-up then that now and it just ran a 10.99 on last Sun. with a soft leave and DA around 3000.
One last thing, run the Nitrous Outlet plate, you won't be sorry.
