I am removing my abs unit. what do I do about a proportioning valve? Do I use a Wilwood style, or one off another car?

You can just buy a wilwood valve, will work fine. I got a stainless steel brake corp one as it was available locally (and they are a sponsor) - looks about the same. Just plumb it inline with your rear brakes.

I removed the ABS on my Trans Am.. best place I could find for the prop valve (wilwood) was where the manual cars mount the clutch resivoir. I cut and re-flared my front lines (3/16") and used my line lock as a "T". The rear line was more effort than it was worth because I couldn't re-flare it.. too hard of a material I guess to work with my flaring tool. So I ended up replacing the whole line.. only problem is the rear fitting into the "T" by the rear brakes is really goofy.. M12x1 bubble flair I think.. try finding an adapter for that because I sure couldn't!! I am having a local place that makes custom brake lines make me the rear rubber line except with a standard inverted (1/4") flare fitting.

There are some pics in my album of how I did it:
