Freeze plug size for back of water pump (using Elec WP). I got a new engine with a double roller timing set already installed. The timing cover already has a freeze plug installed for the WP gear drive.
I have a WP housing with the guts removed already. It appears that it needs a freeze plug in the back...but what size?
I tried searching, nothing helpful. This will be my first Elec WP install...

Your best bet might just be to measure with a dial caliper and grab a few from the parts store.
Or, maybe you'd have luck calling up CSI and/or Meziere and just ask them. Tell them you didn't receive a plug with your kit and you need the right size.
