So its rebuild time
So its rebuild time Hey guys I took my oil pan off to check the oil pump out and to change it out. Anyways I decided to check my main bearings at cylinders 1,2,3,and 4 have some play in them. Also found that the bolts that hold the piece of the oil pump screen backed out badly and that's the problem for my oil pressure. So I am needing some parts numbers. I am going to need the ones for the main bearings,cam bearings, and the piston rings. So I am thinking of doing most of the work myself. So I need to get the crank checked out and maybe freshened up. Also should I hone the cylinders? Then I know a 355 build is a 350 .030 over. Also about how much would it cost to make this engine a 355. Like what parts are needed etc.
