UnMetered Air getting, Question???

I have a 95 6spd Z28 thats been crappy milage. Did some looking around under the hood & notcied that there is a hole in my Elbow right by the TB. Will this cause the car to get bad gas milage & will it affect how much HP the car makes?

yes and yes....unmetered air hurts what the computer tries so hard to do. If you're unsure as to how bad it affects the car, tape it off, then drive it and see what happens....
