Identify this Vacuum line
While deleting the ac box from the firewall, this brittle vacuum line broke, it's attached to a wire harness that goes behind or into the computer.
How can I fix it?

Damn, can't I just plug it since I'm not using A/C?
Here's an ok pic so far:
You can see it exposed at the moment on the left. I don't plan on pulling the dash on the other side and getting it alll out from there, too much work for right now and the car hasn't been on the road for far too long. I basically just bashed the **** out of it while the head was off to get it out of there.
The sheet metal I have isn't big enough for my own firewall cover, I'll just buy a $40 one and call it done.
