im going to be ordering a regular cut out from ws6 store and was wondering what size i need to go on stock size exhaust? also whats the best location for the cut out?

put the cutout right before the axle , were it starts to come up and over then its straight shot !!!

can i take the cat out and replace its spot with the cut out? lol and how much will a welding shop charge to weld it in?
