Question A/C help the expansion valve

how do you take out the expansion valve on a 97

i took off the high and low lines now what?

do i have to go thu the glove box?

If you are talking about any of the parts concealed inside the black fiberglass box that extends into the engine bay from the insid of the car, yes, you yave to remove it from the inside. There are some bolts you have to remove from inside the engine bay and some that you have to remove from inside the dash. I think that you have to remove the whole dash completely in order to remove that box. What I did was tear that box appart and threw it all in the trash and installed a block off plate.

is i lil under $300 for install a goos deal and a rebuilt kit for $190 with a year warrenty good?
